[Mini] mini speedo cable pulse encoder?

Hi

It going to cost me 90 to get a TVR speedo recalibrated and a cable made to
fit it to the mini, I can get a 100mm electronic speedo for 25 quid

Does anyone know of a pulse encoder (A or D) that can easily fit on the end
of a mini cable?
