[Mini] [minElist] Locating the lock/pinch bolt on the bottom of the steering column

f**k, f**k, F**kety, f**k!

I forgot the fact the pinch bolt goes into a slot that is only totally
present at one point
on the 360 degrees rotation of the rack part.

For some bizarre reason I thought it engaged anywhere of the 360 degrees
of rotation around!

Tomorrow will be easier!
