[Nobbc] June decisions

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the email. Some of the car clubs I belong to are
exactly what you describe. They actually check where you
live to see if that's an exclusive neighborhood. Fortunately
there are other members who aren't at all like that. Probably
the only reason I don't drop out of them. NOBBC seems to
be working as planned.
