[Nobbc] Last weekend

Well not gimpy here.  Doc said it's quadriceps tendinitis, so I'm icing and 
staying off it as well as starting some PT tomorrow.  Should be normal in 
about three weeks.  The bad part is just sitting with it bent as in driving 
causes the most pain.
