[Nobbc] Lucas pump points

Ya know, I had a 59 3.4 Mark I, and I can't remember if the pump in that 
thing ever clicked either, but it sure ran like hell, one of the best of the 
MANY british cars I've owned. Rivals my TR, wish I had back.
