[Nobbc] Nobbc Anniversary Ride Info

Good! We'll leave the dam at 10:45, heading out Skagg Springs Rd. to the 
coast then left a few miles to Fisk Mill Cove for lunch. If anyone has 
fold up chairs, it might be a good idea to bring them as there are only 
a few scattered picnic tables.
