Thought I'd share this with the group. I have had many reports from 
people about good service from Universal. I get many requests for 
service recommendations but only do my own work so have no basis for 
recommending except for feedback received from members. It's nice to be 
able to send someone to a place that other members have praised.

Ron, I took my MG to Universal Auto Repair on Sonoma Highway for work
recently, as I recall telling you about.

John, the owner there did a nice job of analyzing my problem, worked
over the SU carbs and added an electronic ignition conversion kit.  The
car runs great as a result.  I think Universal can be recommended.  John
showed me his 53 TR3, which he is gradually restoring.
