[Nobbc] Speed

Not that it makes much sense, but Paris is known as "The City of Lights". 
That name also belongs to Las Vegas, along with "Sin City", "Glitter Gulch", 
and of course "The Strip".
I guess that begs the question:  What is a city?  I always thought of it as 
tall like New York, or San Francisco or most of American "Cities".  But 
Paris is certainly not a tall city, is it?  More like a big town.
Did anyone know that Wichita, Kansas is also know as the "Emerald City".  So 
was Dorothy from Wichita?  I think they stool it.

   I do realize that. The back and forth was too good to not participate.
Personally if I had to chose "The City", it would be Paris !
