[Nobbc] removing steering wheel

Andy, if memory serves me, that is how my Spitfire steering wheel may have
came off.

B B B  I don't believe that center emblem is meant to pry off. If you look at
the rear of the steering

wheelB you should B find 3 small countersunk screws. If you loosen them a bit
I think the

emblem should come out for you.

B B  I know my TR has the same 3 screws on the back of its steering wheel to
remove the directional

control head/horn butttonB unit B . But I don't know about Spitfires. You
might take a look also.

Likewise...anyone have hints on getting Type 1 Jaguar XKE steering wheel
off? B The horn button doesn't seem to want to pop off and I don't want
to screw things up with prying. B My luck, I'll break something or cause
some self-inflicted wound on my car that turns into a bigger headache
than the original issue.
