Thanks for that advice, Mark. This happened with another member a few months ago, and moderating would probably have worked better in that case as well. Kris wants to be on the list as you have noted, but we're going to give it a couple days, then re-subscribe.

Usually I just set their status to moderated, often when this happens folks
don't realize it and still want to be on the list.
