[Oletrucks] oletrucks list still out there??

Hi Durwood,

I am still around but relatively inactive.  Three kids, two classic Honda
motorcycles, a job etc and time has gotten scarce.  Plus I ran out of funds
for the truck ('57 3100).  Right now it is in need of all new glass, the T5
conversion parts, finishing up the front disk brakes and freshening up the
283.  It also needs weather stripping and I'd like to mount a gas tank
between the rails, but not in back since I plan to try to keep the spare
tire carrier under the bed.  

On the "completed" list:
frame off, sand blasted rust, repaired all rusted sheet metal with new
metal, all steps up to and including a nice coat of black paint, and major
assembly of parts.

The good news is that it is now painted and in my basement with a
dehumidifier keeping things at a good humidity level.  So it can wait for
another round without getting any damage...
