sometimes it works out better-the place I take my tanks to managed to lose 
my acet. cylinder, about the time it was due to be tested, and they ended up 
replacing it (a 40cu ft) w/ a 60cu foot one. It  costs the same to fill 
(approx) and I only have to refill it every 5 or 6 years now. <not much 
welding/cutting any more!> Another place in Kansas lost my oxy cylinder, I 
ended up getting a little smaller one, so I guess it evens out.
