Those are pretty meaningless test results.  Even if you accept the
methodology as valid (which I don't), it's not clear that's what's
being measured is the penetrating ability, as opposed to the
lubricating ability.  Threaded fasteners, which is what most of us
deal with most of the time, are very different beasts than pins that
held in place by interference fit.
