    Hypothetical question... if HD _were_ selling the same toilets for less 
than their wholesaler, why would that be bad for the plumbers?   Unlike 
the wholesaler, HD will sell to anyone, right?  And they are probably 
more-conveniently located, too.

    Just wondering.
