[Shop-talk] hand tool recommendations that don't break the bank

I've taken in 30 year old Craftsman screwdrivers that have obviously been
abused and said "It doesn't work right" and they gave me a new one.

The best thing about Craftsman is that there is usually a store close to get
them replaced when the break.
