No, the lawsuit would be to ensure that I never again have to work for a
company stupid enough to fire me for something that did no harm, and very
possibly I didn't do.

But of course I'm betting it would never go that far ... I can just see the
CIO trying to explain to the CEO that someone has to be fired for having a
screen-saver on their computer; when the CEO almost certainly has one on his
computer.
