[Shop-talk] Welding a full tank

*When we were forced into a fuel tank welding situation at my tractor
dealership, we'd turn the steam cleaner stream into the inverted tank and go
to lunch!  When we'd get back, it would be hot enough to drive off all
residual moisture and be ready for welding with no excitement.*
