Spray fencepost with Pam.

Set post in concrete.

When concrete is good and dry, clamp crossbar onto post and jack post out with two jacks under crossbar.

Use tractor.

Shopvac out whatever fell in square concrete hole while using tractor.

Replace fencepost.
