I don't _know_, but the consensus on the eBay message boards seems to be
that the lawsuit is real, but at least some of the emails are fakes.
Apparently some emails have the right text for the URL, but the actual URL
leads somewhere else.

But http://www.ebaymotorsfeeclassaction.com/ appears to be legit. Note that
it does NOT ask for your eBay account or password.
