For one that "is not small but it works" look at the top of the page. Have
to change the components to get to 18v but the basics are there.

Sniff, sniff. If they made it for the 18V, I'd buy it in a heartbeat!
OK, so to the electronic engineers out there, how hard would it be to make
one?
If someone could make up the plans, I'd build one.
