[Shop-talk] Fw: Auto thermometers and clocks

My experience with onboard compasses (compassi?) is not so great.  Last one 
I had was accurate to about plus or minus 1800.  I'm sure there are better 
ones out there, but it is difficult to install in a car and expect much 
accuracy.
