[Shop-talk] rubber matting

I have a standing desk at work and stand on a large anti-fatigue mat.
It's not super cheap, but I think it would fit your requirements.
Especially if you put a little sheet of luan underneath it so that the
mat slows the dart way down and the wood catches the tip before it
ends up in the concrete.
