Well after lots of advise I’ve found out that joining aluminum to steel is not doable without alchemy and magic.

I’ve scrapped that Idea and am gathering parts for a stainless steel system... I know that will work !

thanks for the help and everyone have a merry Christmas

this is from the bulkhead fitting on the firewall to the water pump and intake... gonna polish the aluminum and make it shiney, but my close throw bulkhead fittings are steel

does anyone know if there is an acceptable way to braze or solder aluminum tubing to steel tubing that
will provide a strong, waterproof, low pressure (30 psi r less) connection... materials to use ?? particular
  braze rod or solder ???

this will be for heater hoses on my truck engine... 5/8” tubing to same sized steel fitting

What’s wrong with rubber hose? Is this buried in the dashboard or something?
