There is YouTube video where someone took one of these adapters and an 
old dead batttery from another brand of tool and make an adapter.  You 
take just the part of the dead PC batteray that plugs into the PC tool 
and just the part of the DW adapter that receieves the battery.  Wire 
and hot glue them together and you get an adapter that allows you to run 
PC tools from DeWalt batteries.
