[Shop-talk] Looking to automate fan with remote pressure padswitch

Additional thought...the smartthings hub ties into "zwave" devices which 
include a bunch of things...including smart light switches, door locks, 
etc.  Some parts are kind of pricey for what they are, but the 
automation is easy to deal with and is kind of cool from a geek perspective.
