Almost all modern TVs support sending audio to a Bluetooth device, usually at the same time as other outputs.  BT enabled hearing aids are very common, and seem to work well, and letting people watch tv with others is a big deal. 

I expect there are some videos floating around about how to do the pairing for both the tv and hearing aids.
