John,

I have this one 20V MAX* XR® 12 in. Brushless Cordless Compact Chainsaw
(Tool Only) | DEWALT
<https://www.dewalt.com/product/dccs620b/20v-max-xr-12-brushless-cordless-compact-chainsaw-tool-only?tid=>,
but largely because I selected the DeWalt 20v Max battery ecosystem for my
cordless tools generally. It works well and is not particularly power
hungry so I get pretty good run time. Like you, I use it to clean up
downed limbs from oak trees. I would use something bigger and more robust
for felling trees, but for cleaning up deadfall up to a few inches in
diameter it works well.
