[Shop-talk] refurbished/reconditioned computers

 I've decided to replace my old laptop I asked about a week or so ago with a SFF desktop.  Since it's 
the shop box
I'm gonna upgrade my Dell Optiplex 990 in the house with a newer/faster one and move the house one to the garage
 
EVERYONE sells refurbs... Amazon, Ebay, etc... Anyone have experience with refurbs and a reputable dealers you've 
used??
 
also from what I read  an I5 core is better for normal stuff than an I7 (unless 
you're gaming or doing high end graphics...ideas on that ???
