[Shop-talk] Tire storage

I've had some recent experience learning about TPMS sensors, how to 
activate and program them as replacements. I learned that they don't do 
anything unless they are in motion, so battery life, the only thing I 
would expect to be a factor in storage, won't have a drain if they are 
sitting still. The life of the tires, though, is something always under 
dispute and subject to lots of interpretation.
