[Shop-talk] private VPN

I use tailscale. My use case is to access my home network while traveling,
as well as protection from others on open WiFi networks at hotels,
airports, coffee shops, etc.

This does NOT obscure my traffic from my ISP, so if that's what you need a
different solution would be in order.
