[Shop-talk] battery chain saw

Turns out, those chaps work by gumming up and stalling the engine.  Since 
electric saws don't stall, they can keep cutting.

I know they still will stop the saw, but not always as fast. 

If I wasn't laying in the hospital, I would find the official site 
guidance on this.  But here I am.

Anyway, always be careful no matter what you are using.
