I'd be afraid of breaking the ceramic and them you have ceramic shards everywhere. I'd soak it for a day with PB Blaster and thhen try loosening and tightening with the breaker bar, trying to work a bit of play into the threads so the PB can get in even more. But if you have steel plugs seized to aluminum heads, maybe just better to keep the existing plugs.
I'd also go searching on the model-specific forums to see what others have done. It's likely a common issue. Good luck!
