 Working on my 50 year old Triumph Spitfire, and I'm looking for the sealer that is used between the master cylinder bracket and the firewall.  We always called it dum-dum.  It came in pencil-sized strips liked up on heavy waxed paper.  
But when I go to the FLAPS and ask for dum-dum, they look at me like I'm doomed sort of dum-dum.
