[Shop-talk] 93 Octane Gasoline along I-80 in western Wyoming and in Utah?

In much of the western US, 91 octane is as high as is readily
available.  Not sure why that is, but it meets the factory
requirements for 'Premium' in the vast majority of cases.  Of course,
if you've tuned for 93, that doesn't help much.
