[Shotimes] Anyone that can weld in NJ

What requires welding is the cup that supports and retains the frontmost
bushing on the strut rod.  When this part fails, it causes a loud pop
when pulling away from a stop.  The fix is a simple rewelding in the
same location as the factory welds.  It's not really hard to do.  This
happened on my 93 and was fix in less than 2 hours once the solution was
identified.  That last part took a couple weeks.

What is this for?  clunking? never thought the
Strut-rod would do that,  What can be welded? isn't it
plastic?
