Dont beleive so ... i got a 95 lincoln town car mini spare ..... which i
have confirmed does fit over the 12 inch 96 brake upgrade .
You can just put a rear tire up front in case of a front flat .... and put
the spare on the rear ....that wont work for me either .. since i am using
96 brakes at all four corners
