[Shotimes] Known to cause stumble/hesitation

Well, since my car's intermittent, slight 2k-3k rpm stumble isn't disabling,
I really haven't put a whole lot of effort into fixing it, but I was
thinking.  A lot of SHOTimers seem to have similar problems, and I think it
would be helpful if some of you gurus compiled a list of known causes of
stumbling/hesitation, sorted from most to least likely.  Possibly it could
be added to the FAQ?  I, for one, would like to see that.  Anyone care to
give it a whack?
