[Shotimes] insurance question

A lawyer is a good place to start, with a consultation, since she said that
she has no idea what is going on. Since most lawyers have more experience
with accident cases and dealing with ins cos, they are a big help, and can
give some "idea" about what is going on. The lawyer will let you know if it
is too small for them to handle (or not worth their time), but will give
some good advice. Also, don't call a small "one person" firm for advice,
their time is extremely valuable to them, and they are less likely to give
out advice. Call a larger firm, especially ones with Jr. partners or other
attorneys in their office that are not listed as partners. If you get a
consultation with a young attorney (out of law school for a couple years),
they will talk to you more, and give out more info, as they want to try to
impress (doesn't matter if it is a Partner or someone on the street). And
they also know the value of "word of mouth" advertising (the Partner's names
are usually already known).
