[Shotimes] Lost MPG related to hard start?

If it gets bad enough, the car will start surging.

BUT, like a failing fuel pump, it could gradually be losing power due to a
pressure & volume loss. If you feel a difference when you change it, you
will know!!

Hey, the filter is like $6-8, and takes 10-15 minutes. Why chance it?

The gas here in Ca must have so many additives that there is no room for
junk. I better go and look at the filter on my '90; its only got 145K on
it........how will I know if it needs changing? ;-)
