[Shotimes] chirping sound behind dash...

If it's a blower motor it should do it with the KOEO, right? Is the noise
in the engine bay when idling? Could it be a pulley/idler bearing?

I've got a power steering pump or idler bearing going out I think that
sounds like it's actually on the driver's side when in the driver's seat.
It's not the water pump, a/c compressor, or that idler as I got that belt
off to check those out. On the other hand, I don't hear it once I get
rolling; I usually hear it as I come to a stop.

I'm still experiencing a chirping sound somewhere around the instument
cluster. It's louder when the car's moving but still occurs
softly when stopped at a light. I don't think it's the speedo cable,
because right now mine is disconnected (well it's connected to
the cluster but detached on the other end).

Any suggestions?
