[Shotimes] My Nickle and Diming Sho

I was thinking about this and my worn '93 motor. Some have put in kill
switches to allow the engine to crank and build up oil pressure before
starting. But if I just jump in it, after the car has set all night, and
crank right away it won't start anyway effectively building up the oil
pressure for me.

Now I just have to teach myself to NOT allow the fuel pressure to build
up......
