San Jose.....yeah, that's one of those areas the local weather folks call
"sheltered", and can get colder than the average location.

Where I am, we have lots of C-5s blowing exhaust all around, keeping the air
warmer!!  And they're all California versions, and have EGR, so their exhaust is
clean!!!
