The Plus from Hell has all the required additions to be a factory plus.  The parts
plus has the hood, mirrors, rod shifter and badges, and body colored Taurus emblem. 
I haven't checked it to see if it has the trim around the windows...but it IS green.

I'll check both build dates when I can....I'm at work.
