[Shotimes] Still having problems, PLEASE Help!

That computer is no computer at all (Well, not that complicated, anyway).
It's basically a circuitboard with less thana handfull of resistors,
capacitors, power transistors and relays on it. It's purpose is to take
low-voltage, low-amp signals from the engine control systems and use them to
provide 12V, mid or high-amp power to several specific devices, namely the
radiator fan, fuel pump and a/c clutch. With the symptoms you metioned, I'd
highly suspect you've got a component in this box that is near dead and is
disabling the fuel pump due to heat saturation, or the power contacts for
the fuel pump relay are corroded and the pump is not getting full voltage,
with heat expansion in the relay making the problem worse. This "computer"
is known as the ICRM or CCRM, depending upon what year your SHO was built.
