[Shotimes] PIAA HID

I don't have the HID units, but the PIAA dual fog/driving 
lights that Performance Plus put on my '89 years ago still 
will make people turn off their high beams in a hurry if 
flashing the brights won't do it.  They are rated 55 watts, 
but do a superb job.  Not sure what HID will get you other 
than more cost and complexity?
