[Shotimes] Michelin Arctic Alpin whistling

Going back several years, I had a set of BFG T/As that howled so bad in the
wet, that I thought that the gear box had gone out.  They only did this on
damp roads and were fairly quiet otherwise.  Now discontinued they were a
Mud and Snow tire and when new were almost as good as the Blizzaks.  Never
had the Alpins, so I can't compare.

Likely a good snow design has some sound problems on other surfaces.
