[Shotimes] "Agriculture check point"

All of the above! An area somewhere on I10 (I forget the mile maker now, it
all blended together!) where the state claims that a sensitive area begins
and all trucks are to be checked. It makes some sense in terms of the
citrus crop, etc., but if so then all trucks coming into the state on I95 or
I75 from the north should be checked too.

The "cop" that pulled me over said that last week they made a big bust at
the checkpoint for a truck full of illegal immigrants. One can image what
type of bugs they were carrying!

"Wasn't paying attention when I passed an "Agriculture check point" in FL
and
got pulled over. I told the officer that I thought it was a truck weigh
station and after making me open the back to check out my contents (Anechoic
sound chamber) he was nice enough to let me go without a ticket!"

I have never been to Florida, what is a "Agriculture check point"? Drug
Stop? Checking for TseTse Flies? what?

Thanks,
Bill
