[Shotimes] OT (sort of): Air Tools

I rarely use my air ratchet. It sees limited use, mainly because I usually
do more damage to my hands than it removing any bolts or nuts. For things
that aren't on tight, it's great, but what have you worked on, on a car that
wasn't put on by Hercules? I use my impact more, just so I don't have to
keep changing. I always keep a careful eye, to make sure I don't tighten
all the way down, then use my torque wrench. Sometimes I remember that I
have an air ratchet and use it to put stuff back on, but forget and crack my
knuckles. Don't use any chrome plated sockets, man when those things break
while using a compressor, all that metal goes flying everywhere! Get the
impact sockets.

My father-in-law has the regular (non-anniversary) 30 gal. 6hp model (was
mine, before I went to a home built, 80 gal. 15hp :-). It works great, and
has not given any problems in 4 years or so of it being purchased.

SHO content: My old Craftsman compressor helped rebuild my SHO :-)
