Or find an eye doctor and get him to write you a note saying you need the
windows for some medical reason or another.  Actually you don't even need a
medical reason, my note says that because my eyes are blue they're more
sensitive to the light and therefore I'm allowed to have full tint on my
car.  I don't have tint at all anymore (tint on rear window makes backing at
night a BITCH!), but if I want I can even tint the windshield this way.
Note that this is based solely on Michigan laws, although a LOT of states
have identical laws.  Also, cops REALLY don't like it when you have a note,
and therefore will lie their asses off about how you have to have a
restriction on the DL or some other BS like that, when all you have to have
is a doctors note in the car.
