They need to start getting these things right. This car should have come with an Eaton S/C for the price. How much hp is the nicer and more quality Q45 putting out there? Ford's debt got downgraded last week to 2 levels above junk status. Maybe BBB. That means borrowed money to cover costs will be much higher for them than most competitors. Not much room for error these days.
